Lynx expands European team to address growth opportunities

Reading, UK, Wednesday, 13 February 2019 – Lynx Software Technologies UK Limited today announced that it has expanded its European team with the appointment of Andrew Turnbull as Senior Director, EMEA Sales and Tim Loveless as Principal Solutions Architect. They both report to Lee Cresswell, vice president of global sales at Lynx.

Lee Cresswell commented, “Lynx is seeing significant opportunities in Europe with interest from automotive, aerospace and defence and industrial markets in particular. We’re scaling up our presence in the region to enable us to engage successfully with these customers. Lynx is delighted to welcome two individuals of exceptional calibre to its global team. Andrew Turnbull has extensive experience of key account management, including leading engineering and marketing teams. Tim Loveless is a deeply experienced FAE in the embedded real-time and safety-critical arena. We are confident that both will contribute significantly to our future success.

Andrew Turnbull takes responsibility for Lynx customers in the EMEA region. He joined Lynx from Oracle, where he was Senior Sales Manager, MySQL Embedded Europe. He has exceptional experience of sales and marketing in the software and semiconductor industries, including roles with Integrated Device Technology (IDT), Tundra Semiconductor, Wintegra, Wind River, Integrated Systems and Motorola Semiconductor.

Tim Loveless will work closely with Andrew, offering providing technical leadership in solution design and development for EMEA customers. He has over 20 years’ experience of embedded real time and safety critical systems development, including ten years leading an FAE team at Wind River (Intel).
